| Who are we? |
| ABC is an alliance of independent consultants. Our members have held senior positions as managers and professionals, mostly in blue chip technology companies. They typically have many years of experience which enables them to produce practical solutions to a range of business and IT problems. |
| Members have expertise across a range of functional areas including: IT, logistics and distribution, sales and marketing, finance, development of human resources and legal. Some of the activities they undertake include: e-commerce implementation, project management, systems planning and development, business strategy and improvement. |
| Our Objectives? |
| To promote and enable co-operation between members in pursuance of their professional and business activities. |
| How do we network? |
| Members' skills profiles are published on the ABC web site. This gives you, as a member, a portfolio of the products and services of around 100 Members. We have established relationships with similar organisations. |
| We are not a job finder agency, more a self help group. The synergy of the members identifies work opportunities. ABC provides a forum in which this can happen. |
| How do we keep up to date? |
| We meet bi-monthly for briefings on issues of topical interest. Normally, up to four meetings a year are hosted by leading companies in the field of technology. The briefings are an excellent source of education and your chance to enquire about the strategies of those companies shaping the future. The meetings are also an opportunity to share experiences. |
| We keep in touch via a centrally maintained e-mail list and through a monthly newsletter. |
| Membership Terms? |
| Membership is open to independent consultants in the UK. Membership costs are £100 pa plus a one time joining fee of £30 to cover initial administration. |
| How can I find out more? |
